
Biography
Robin is an Executive Coach, experienced Facilitator and Organisational Change Consultant. He worked with IBM for 38 Years.
He is a qualified Coach and NLP Practitioner and member of the International Coach Federation.
Robin’s career spanned 23 years in Customer Engineering, 5 years in Total Quality Management, and 8 years in CRM and Organisational Change (both internal and external to IBM). During the last 10 years he has practised as a Coach and Facilitator, working with many cultures, a recent focus being collaboration. In the last 2 years he has been a full-time Executive Coach to various Business Executives and their management teams (typical business turnover £250m to £1Bn).
He has particular interest in the use of NLP modelling techniques to enable effective skill transfer.
Robin is a powerful communicator with a strong grasp of Quality within Business and styles of Leadership. He has worked with individuals and teams to create culture and climate change through Leadership, that enables people and business growth. He has played a major role in the re-engineering of businesses, bringing clarity and a sense of purpose, where there was none. His background in Customer Engineering means he also has a wide experience of IT Hardware, Software and Technical Support. |
